Dr. Che: A Pioneer in Integrated Medicine
Dr. Fei Che, MD, brings over four decades of clinical and academic expertise to West Vancouver. After earning his medical degree in 1984 from Heilongjiang Medical University in China and completing advanced training in Internal Medicine, he continued his professional development in Tokyo, Japan at the Kitasato Medical University Research Center.
There, Dr. Che specialized in the integration of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a focused interest in complex conditions such as depression and chronic fatigue syndrome. This comprehensive and holistic foundation continues to shape his thoughtful, patient-centred approach to care today.

Since immigrating to Vancouver in 1992, Dr. Che established West Vancouver Acupuncture Clinic in 1993. For over 30 years, he has provided trusted acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine services in West Vancouver, continuing to serve patients from the same Marine Drive location, a strong testament to the long-standing trust and positive relationships built within the local community.
More than an acupuncture clinic, this practice is a dedicated healing space where personalized acupuncture treatments, deep clinical experience, and an integrated medical approach support long-term health and well-being. Leading the Future of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Che has dedicated over 15 years to advancing Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture through influential leadership roles at both provincial and international levels. He has served as Vice President and President of the Qualified Association of TCM and Acupuncturists of BC (QATCMA) and the Association of TCM and Acupuncturists of BC (ATCMA), helping shape professional standards and the future of TCM practice in British Columbia.
From 2017 to 2024, Dr. Che also served as Vice President of the World Association of Chinese Medicine, contributing to global collaboration, education, and clinical excellence. As of 2025, he is a Designated Expert Specialist with the World Association of Chinese Medicine Practitioners, continuing his commitment to healing, leadership, and the advancement of integrated medicine worldwide.
